RPR is not a full data set- SmartMLS is the only complete data set!
Brokers have the choice to opt out if they do not want their listings to appear.
BHHS and William Pitt have opted out of RPR- their listings will not be present in any RPR searches or displays. This accounts for about 15% of our active inventory.
Users have to register with RPR the first time they go to log in. They will create their own ID & Password (it is not the same as their MLS login credentials).
There is a mobile app for RPR
