RPR end user support

If you are having problems registering with RPR, creating your login credentials, logging in, etc., you can contact RPR's support at (877) 977-7576.

SmartMLS has nothing to do with RPR login information.  You are prompted to create your login credentials the first time you access RPR, so your ID and password are different than your SmartMLS ID and password (unless you deliberately create them to be the same).
