Traffic counts

Traffic Counts can be a helpful way to give clients an idea of how many people will drive by a specific location each day. The tool displays estimated current and historical data based on average daily traffic counts.

To access traffic counts, go to the Research menu at the top center of the screen and click Commercial Map Insights:

Scroll down the right side of the map and click the Driving icon:

You should get a pop-up window in the middle of the map- select Traffic Counts:

You can then choose the traffic counts (based on number of cars per day) you'd like to see:

You can choose as many options as you'd like, including all.

Click Apply when you're done.

Your map will update and include the traffic count icons that match your selections:

Clicking any of the colored triangle icons will show you the traffic count data for that particular point:

Some traffic count spots also have historical data for previous years. Clicking Show Historical Counts will display those data points, giving you additional insight into traffic patterns:
